Return and refund policy

We kindly ask for your understanding as we are a small non-profit organization dedicated to promoting GO through our products.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to process a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or an exchange. To initiate a return, the items must be unused and unworn. Please note that, as our products are made in Japan, there may be additional time required to ship exchanged items.
